Blood supply is critically low and unstable in our community.  Please help us reach our goal!  If possible, please register online, you can also complete the donor questionnaire online using QuickScreen, and plan on bringing/wearing a mask.  All donors will be tested for COVID antibodies.

We have poinsettias that need a home! Please come pick a few up from under the bell tower. Take them home or leave them for a friend or neighbor! (ASAP 1/8)

Volunteers Needed!

Our church works with several groups helping with the needs of those experiencing homelessness.

Volunteers are needed to work at the emergency warming station so that it can open in bad weather.

We also need volunteers to provide hot meals. COVID protocols in place.

Email Velvet Hammond or call or text her at 214-726-6484.  All questions are welcome!

We provide the meal every 2nd Sunday of the month at Roadside Church which also serves those in need. Sign up here!

New Group for Grandparents

Being a grandparent is a tremendous blessing.  This blessing is for the entire family! It is an important relationship in the life of the child, the parents, and the grandparents.

ARE YOU INTERESTED in developing this great blessing through community with other grandparents? A chance to share the stories, the struggles, the laughter and the tears of this journey? Let us know as we are developing an opportunity for grandparents to support each other.

Email Pam Parmley  for more info.

Hugs for Soldiers!

This is a ministry our church has done for years in partnership with a Methodist church in Duluth, GA. We send 700 cards to go with their packages for soldiers!
Grab a box of Christmas cards and spread some cheer! Write as many as you’d like, but DON’T address or seal them. Drop your cards off in the bin by the front entrance of the church.
