The People Called Methodist is FUMC’s short course on the history, basic beliefs, and organization of the United Methodist Church. It is designed to answer your quesiton, What does it mean to be a United Methodist Christian?
This five-week journey led by Dr. Don Renshaw of the pastoral staff is a fun and engaging opportunity to connect and learn—perfect for those who are new to the United Methodist Church and who are curious to know more about our heritage as Methodists. It is also a great place to ask questions, get a refresher, and connect with other newcomers to FUMC.
The next 5-week session will begin on November 20, 2011 and will meet on Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. in Room C205. No registration is required. If you have questions about this class, please email the discipleship office. We would love to welcome you to this enriching experience!
