A group of 16 spent two great days working in Tushka, OK on three storm relief projects! We got a lot of work done, visited with victims of the April 14, 2011 tornado that wiped 400+ homes out, and had a wonderful time doing it all!
Members included: Janet Cavalier, Chuck Cecil (from FUMC Frisco!), Jan Clem, Bill Crump, John Hill, Rick Hill, Mollie McCune, Jane Mills, Herbert Muller, Kathy Parent, Brian & Susan Phillips, Patti Sanders, Pam Schelldorf and Dave & Karen Thompson.
UPDATE!
Three of our original team members have traveled back to Tushka and have nearly completed our last large project. There will be one additional trip (weekday) in an upcoming week to complete this project.
