Regional Missions
One of the central beliefs of Methodism is the connectedness of mission and service. We believe that personal salvation always involves Christian mission and service to the world. First Church has devoted itself to many years of service to its community - both at home and abroad. The members of First United Methodist have committed their resources to help those in need; no matter where or who they are.
First Church is involved with a large number of outreach ministries. This support is financial as well as direct involvement by our people. Some of the ministries are:

Build a house for underprivileged families trying to get ahead.
