Imagine No Malaria

First United Methodist Church of McKinney is responding with Christ-like compassion to a world-wide effort to end malaria deaths. This ministry, called Imagine No Malaria, is our opportunity to rethink how we reach beyond our church in McKinney to connect with our brothers and sisters in Christ around the world. Imagine No Malaria is an expression of our commitment to creating conditions for better health across the globe, one of the four areas of focus of the United Methodist Church.

Malaria, once a serious health issue in the United States, still ravages families in Africa. It claims more than one million lives each year, especially the lives of women and young children.

Your prayerful consideration of this ministry is truly appreciated. For more information on our church's participation in this ministry, contact Rev. Janet Cavalier. Click here to visit the Imagine No Malaria website.
