Our Mission

Horizons is about growing in faith by making new connections. Through careful, intentional Bible study, we connect with God as we listen to and learn the Scriptures, with one another as we interact and discuss them, and with the Church as we understand what passages from the Bible have meant to Christians in the past and now mean to Christians today.

Who We Are 

Horizons is a place of connection for adults of all ages and life situations who want to grow in their understanding of the Bible and its implications for living today. The weekly study is led by two members of the adult discipleship pastoral staff, Rev. John Harman and Dr. Ron Bentley.

Current Study

In the Beginning: The Book of Genesis, chapters 1-11

Horizons will set out to make sense of this fascinating and often bewildering series of stories and will explore what these chapters have meant to Christians now and what they have meant to Christians in the past.
