Our Mission
Whether you've been married for years or are newly married, the HomeBuilders series will help couples discover timeless principles from God's Word that we can apply to our marriages. There's no better way to build our marriages than in the fun and friendly environment of a small group Bible study. This study is designed to bring husbands and wives closer to each other and to God - and closer to other couples in the process. We will study God's Word, share in our challenges and successes, and build a marriage that will last.
Who We Are
We are a group of about 12 couples in the 30 something to 50ish age group.
Current Study
We will be starting a new book August 22, Improving Communication in Your Marriage. Let's face it! We're not always the best at communicating our thoughts and feelings with our spouse.With this study, we will:
• Recognize and understand the barriers to good communication
• Learn ways to make our relationship a priority
• Discover practical steps for resolving conflict
• Increase spiritual intimacy as we seek God together
Outside of Class
We like to have parties, go bowling, dinners out, see plays, watch movies and other social events together. We support the Samaritan Inn, Meals on Wheels, Collin County Committee on Aging, Vacation Bible School, Caldwell Elementary and other community and church ministries.
